Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the luxuryshoppingdeluxecard.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Conciergerie deLuxe affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. By entering into the Conciergerie deLuxe Affiliate Program, the applicant, hereinafter referred to as the affiliate, agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions as stated below.Conciergerie deLuxe, commercial name of IFFISO HNWICC,INC. reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement by notifying on this website and/or by email. The affiliate understands and agrees that any violation of this agreement can result in the immediate termination of this agreement and the forfeit of any and all commissions outstanding to the affiliate. The affiliate is an independent contractor for IFFISO HNWICC, INC. and as such is neither an employee nor partner of IFFISO HNWICC, INC. . All taxes or other obligations that occur as a result of the affiliate's participation in the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. Affiliate Program are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. The affiliate agrees to deal honestly with IFFISO HNWICC, INC. and will not attempt to artificially inflate referrals or commissions in any way. The affiliate may register for the Affiliate Program no more than once. IFFISO HNWICC, INC. agrees to pay the affiliate a commission of 15% of the value of any subscription referred by the affiliate. In the event of multiple affiliate referrals for any one new customer only one affiliate may earn a commission. The customer input on their subscription form shall take precedence. In the event of no customer input then the earliest cookie shall be taken as the affiliate of record for that customer. Commissions are paid via PayPal. Commissions are paid at least 30 days but no more than 60 days after the relevant subscription payment has been received. IFFISO HNWICC, INC. reserves the right to change product pricing and available features and services at any time by notifying on this website and/or by email 14 days prior to implementing said changes. The affiliate agrees to abide by the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. privacy policy. The following governs the use and promotion of the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. service by the affiliate. IFFISO HNWICC, INC. hereby grants you non-exclusive license to use and promote this service. You may not modify, translate or create derivative works based on the service in whole or in part. Nor may you permit others to do so. You may not operate or develop a competitive service to the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. service. You may not promote the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. service by spamming. You may not promote or use the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. service for spamming. Spamming includes but is not limited to the bulk sending of unsolicited messages or the sending of unsolicited emails which provoke complaints from recipients, the sending of junk email, the use of distribution lists that include people or businesses who have not given specific permission to be included in such distributions, email harrassment of anyone including but not limited to transmitting any threatening, libelous, obscene or offensive material, the emailing of age inappropriate communications to minors. Any promotion of IFFISO HNWICC, INC. that results in negative associations or in any way damages the reputation and good name of IFFISO HNWICC, INC. will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate Agreement and may result in legal action. You shall not use or promote the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. service in any way which violates any city, state, national or international law or regulation, or which fails to comply with accepted internet protocol or etiquette. You shall not attempt to interfere in any way with the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. networks or network security or attempt to use the IFFISO HNWICC, INC. service to gain unauthorised access to any computer system. You agree to defend, at your expense, any action brought against IFFISO HNWICC, INC. arising out of your promotion or use of the Service with any third parties or from your willful misconduct. You will indemnify IFFISO HNWICC, INC. from any costs, damages and fees incurred by IFFISO HNWICC, INC., which are attributable to such a claim. You will reimburse IFFISO HNWICC, INC. the full cost of any and all losses your use or misuse of the Service may incur, and you authorise IFFISO HNWICC, INC. to recover such losses without prior notice by any means. The information and services included in or available through the Service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. IFFISO HNWICC, INC. and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Service at any time.
