• When do I receive my card?

  Your card will be brought to you at your hotel by one of our staff members. The card is delivered in a black and gold wallet. Whether you go to one of our partner stores, restaurants or spas, please show your New York shopping pass to enjoy your advantages. Remember that the partner list will contain the names of managers to welcome you. Avoiding crowd and long queues, enjoying real nice days in New York City, that's the main goal of the luxury shopping deLuxe card aka New York shopping pass.

• What is its validity period?

  The card is valid during 30 days from the date of issuance.

• Can I use the card out of New York ?

  The card can be used only in the State of New York and only in our partner luxury stores.

• Is the list limited to 30 stores ?

  The list of partner luxury stores is not limited. We have new partners, frequently. When we deliver the card, we will:
  • > send the updated list of partner luxury stores to your hotel
  • > ask your hotel to print  out the list of partner luxury stores and to give it to you.

• How does it work for some free entrance in night clubs?

  We recommend that you contact us 48 hours in advance to inform us about your days you would like to enjoy parties, fashion shows.
